About Paranoise
We carry
what matters.
Independent vinyl record store — Vancouver, BC
A carefully selected catalogue of records that earn their place.
We don't carry everything.
We carry what matters.
No trends. No algorithms. No bulk orders.
Each record is chosen through listening, not listing.
Most titles are single-copy — once gone, they're gone.
Many are already unavailable anywhere else.
What you see here reflects time, attention,
and a very specific point of view on music.
For DJs, these are tools. For listeners, these are worlds.
Happy, sad, angry, meditative — broken-beat jazz,
deep ambient, hard techno, strange experimental.
Everything here is meant to stay with you
longer than a playlist ever could —
unless you gift it away, which won't be likely.
