Free Shipping in Canada

Orders of $150 CAD or more ship free to most of Canada — British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec. No code needed; it's applied automatically at checkout.

Because shipping to Canada's far regions costs significantly more, orders to Atlantic Canada (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador), Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut are charged shipping on every order, calculated at checkout.

Standard Canadian Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination, so you only ever pay what it actually costs to get your records to you safely. We ship via Canada Post and Chit Chats.

Local Pickup — Vancouver, BC

If you are in Vancouver you are welcome to pick up your order in person at our shop:

Walk-in pickup is available Monday–Friday, approximately 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM (Pacific Time). As a small one-person shop we occasionally step out mid-day, so please email info@paranoise.store, call +1 (604) 618-6908, or DM us on Instagram @paranoise.store before coming to make sure someone's in. Weekend pickups are by appointment only.

Shipping to the United States

Free shipping on orders of $200 CAD and up. Under current U.S. import rules, vinyl records are classified as duty-exempt informational materials, and we ship every order with the correct customs documentation — so U.S. customers pay no customs duties or import fees on delivery.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout. International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

Orders ship delivery-duty-unpaid: our product and shipping prices do not include any import duties, VAT, GST, or other taxes your destination country may charge. These are set by your local customs authority and are paid by the recipient, usually collected by the carrier or customs at the time of delivery.

These charges vary by country (for example, import VAT in the EU and UK, or GST in Australia), are outside our control, and cannot be calculated, collected, or refunded by us in advance. We are also unable to mark shipments as gifts or declare a lower value. If a parcel is refused or returned because import charges went unpaid, any return shipping and non-refundable carrier fees are the customer's responsibility. If you would like an estimate before ordering, please check your country's customs or tax authority.

Damaged Orders

We pack every record carefully. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will work to resolve it. Shipping insurance is available on request — contact us before placing your order.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.
